ISLAMABAD:- At least two allies of the Premier Imran khan government are likely to jump from the coalition’s train as the time of No-Confidence Motion is approaching in the Parliament.

Amid the political temperature is very high in country after submitting no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan, the political maneuvering is at peak. It seems that the opposition parties are dominating the Imran Khan led government initially. After the six days of submitting No-confidence Motion, the political alignments has been stated in favor of opposition.

According to the latest development, the opposition coalition has very close to break the government coalition after offering Chief Ministership to the Pakistan Muslim League-Q which is not only coalition partner in Punjab but also in Center in PTI Government.

Sources claimed that the two biggest Opposition Parties, PML-N and PPP, have agreed nominate PML-Q leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi as Punjab chief minister in exchange of their party’s support for the no-trust motion to oust Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Sources within the Opposition parties said that the announcement regarding this decision will be made within the next 24 hours. It the coalition partner decides to come out from PTI Government than Imran Khan will loos five votes during voting on No-confidence Motion in National Assembly.

PML-Q on Saturday had convened a consultative meeting in Lahore to address the present scenario in Punjab.

During the meeting, participants concluded that no PTI ally is pleased with the federal government’s performance and that the PML-Q will have to make its own political decision shortly.

PML-Q leader Pervez Elahi is said to have taken other government allies under his wing and has committed to making decisions in collaboration with them, the sources revealed. Attendees also discussed and hoped that it was not too late to take sides before they were left with nowhere to stand.

According to sources, Chaudhry Shujaat was also unsatisfied with the federal government’s performance.

The other partner of coalition government, MQM didnot give any indication for supporting to Prime Minister and adopt wait and sea. It is expected the party will no decided about its alignment after PML-N. The MQM wants to go on the majority side but not losing side. If the PML-Q decides in the favor of opposition than it is expected that MQM will also go in the opposition’s camp.

On the other hand, the PTI is not sure about its own party members and they are warned them to apply article 6 who crossed the floor during No-confidence motion.

The ruling PTI’s Senator Faisal Javed Khan on Sunday warned that lawmakers who sell or buy votes will be treated as “traitors” under Article 6.

“Article 6 will be applied on those who will sell or buy votes. This is not constitutional change. it is a betrayal from the Constitution,” tweeted Senator Faisal with the oath taken lawmakers on his Twitter handle.
